Your View HQ

Welcome to Your View HQ 2012.

It has already been an exciting start to the year with over 200 people registering to participate in the Baby Boomer survey!

In addition to the discussion forums, Your View HQ 2012 includes two new features: formal consultation forms and online surveys , allowing more consultation to be online as well as on paper and in person.

If you are new to Your View HQ welcome!

This site is for the community that live, work and play in the City of Holdfast Bay to voice their opinions and share ideas on the issues that shape and impact our city. By participating in the online consultations, community members are actively contributing and informing Council’s decision making process.

Registration is required to join the online discussion forums.  Your privacy is completely protected as the panel is hosted and moderated by an external independent organisation. You also have the option to choose a different user name to your own name when registering. By registering you will also receive alerts to the latest consultations as well as information added to past consultations.

Your View HQ also provides updates on community projects & the latest news. Where relevant documents are also available to download.

Your View HQ is designed to complement written submissions & survey forms available at our Libraries and customer centres as a easy and convenient way for you to have you say any time night or day.

Baby Boomers Survey now open!

If you were born between 1946 and 1961 and live, work or play in HoldFast Bay council area, we want to hear from you!

Baby Boomers retire in the next twenty years & there will be a greater percentage of over 55 year olds than ever before in our country's history. To ensure that council is equipped with the capacity and knowledge to respond to the needs of this generation effectively, we are conducting a research study in partnership with the Flinders Centre for Ageing Studies at Flinders University.

20 lucky BOOMERS will each receive a $25 gift voucher to be spent at any of the participating stores on Jetty Road, Glenelg.

This survey runs from 1 Wednesday February through to Wednesday  29 February 2012
