A well planned accessible and safe City that provides a variety of movement, transport, employment, recreational and housing choices. A City with is well connected public spaces that support our community and strike a balance between the natural and built environment. Our place is:

      The Challenge: To provide good policy, plans, and projects to guide future development to enhance the character and function of the City.

  • A Place that Provides Choices and Enhances Life
    The Challenge: To provide a people-orientated urban environment, which supports a liveable and attractive City.
