This consultation has concluded.
We are currently reviewing our customer service provision in order to improve how we look after our customers and our community.
We'd like your help so that we can better understand your requirements and what you expect from us, as well as understand your level of satisfaction with our current service levels. This feedback will help us plan how to service you better.
We invite you to participate in the forum below and share your views on this matter. You can also get involved by requesting a survey form from the Brighton Civic Centre or the Library branches located at Brighton and Glenelg; or by letter or email on mail@holdfast.sa.gov.au
This consultation commences on Friday 30th September until close of business, Friday 21st October 2011.
