The Challenge: The City of Holdfast Bay's demographic profile indicates that whilst the area has an ageing population it is also attractive to both families and younger people. Therefore, the challenge is to provide services that meet the needs of all generations.

A Place that Celebrates Culture
The Challenge: Cultural development is essential to the creation of a fulfilling, richer life through a strengthened sense of identity, community and belonging.

A Place that is Safe and Secure
The Challenge: Security is an important feature in public life. People need to feel safe in their community in order to want to participate in City life.
